Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love what you buy from us, but sometimes things don’t quite go to plan. Our returns and refunds policy ensures everyone gets a fair deal.
Damaged/Faulty/Not as described
We will happy exchange or refund any purchases that are in poor condition on arrival. Please contact us within 2 working days of delivery/collection to arrange a return and refund or exchange. If your item was shipped then will cover return shipping and costs. If we haven’t heard from you by then we assume you are satisfied with your purchase.
Changed your mind?
If your new purchase isn’t damaged, we may be able to help. Depending on the item, we may offer a full refund or a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days, and be in the same condition as purchased. We will not exchange items that have been damaged, stained or soiled. If you can’t bring back the item in person, then returning the item will be your responsibility and at your expense.
Second-hand items
Occasionally we may sell pre-loved items. These items are considered sold as is, where is, and we cannot offer refunds or returns. These items will be clearly marked as second-hand and the condition of the item will be clearly stated in the item description. If the item arrives in a worse condition that described, contact us within 2 working days and we will organise a return.
Something else
Occasionally, something genuine will happen that will fall outside of the above scenarios. It’s best to contact us and let us know what happened. We’ll consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
